About Trilliad
Trilliad, a market-leading Growth Services Provider (GSP), solves challenges and drives results for Growth Leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Trilliad’s full-service solutions deliver competitive advantage for the brands it works with by optimizing their sales and marketing strategies, processes, skills, and technology. Trilliad drives efficiency and predictability at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to increase seller productivity, lower cost per lead, decrease cost per sale, accelerate time to close, and drive customer lifetime value.
At Trilliad, culture is our backbone. It shapes how we think, behave, and treat one another, and it defines how our clients, partners, and communities experience us. Every company has a culture, and at Trilliad, we make ours intentional—anchored in our Leadership Principles.
These principles guide every decision and interaction: putting the company first, obsessing over growth, remembering that business is personal, and ensuring strategy turns into execution. We succeed by being one team, striving for greatness, speaking the truth, and holding ourselves accountable. We lighten up with humor, stay patient and disciplined, run towards problems, celebrate results, and never accept confusion as an option.
This is the culture you step into at Trilliad—purposeful, lived, and continually developed.
What you will do The Senior Associate, Client Success is accountable for the health and outcomes of assigned Marketing-as-a-Service client relationships, from strategic conversation to daily execution. You lead the relationship end-to-end — chairing weekly client cadence calls, delivering Quarterly Business Reviews, and representing Trilliad directly in executive-level conversations — while guiding the cross-functional delivery workstream that supports your accounts. You identify blockers, capacity constraints, and emerging risks independently, and drive the course corrections needed before they become client-facing problems.
You take ownership of what gets delivered and how it lands with the client, and you mentor less experienced teammates on what strong client management looks like.
Which means that on a day-to-day basis, you will:
Client Relationship Ownership
- Lead weekly client cadence calls and executive-level conversations, owning the agenda and the narrative of program performance — ensures clients experience Trilliad as a single accountable partner rather than a set of disconnected specialists
- Lead the development and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews and executive presentations — shapes delivery activity into a strategic narrative that builds client confidence and surfaces growth opportunities
- Own overall account health for assigned clients, monitoring engagement and risk signals — recommends a course of action to leadership on account-level concerns rather than raising a status update alone
Delivery Workstream Leadership
- Set priorities and sequencing for the workstream and holds the group accountable to the account plan, without formal management authority over them
- Monitor workstream capacity against committed workload — flags over-allocation or resourcing gaps early and recommends reallocation before delivery is at risk
Delivery Risk Management
- Identify blockers, scope drift,
and misaligned expectations independently — recommends and drives course corrections before issues reach the client
- Surface sequencing and resourcing trade-offs across concurrent client engagements — flags the calls that require a manager’s authority rather than deciding unilaterally where the authority isn’t yours
- Escalate only the issues that genuinely require management authority — resolves the rest directly
Performance Insight Development
- Lead the team’s review of performance data across HubSpot, advertising platforms, and reporting dashboards ahead of client meetings — ensures the right trends, risks, and opportunities get surfaced
- Translate performance observations into client-facing recommendations that connect marketing activity to business outcomes — coaches junior teammates on how to build the narrative, not just the report
How you’ll do it Because how we do things matters just as much as what we do at Trilliad, our Leadership Principles should act as a compass directing the everyday behavior of every teammate across the organization:
Growth Obsessed. For our business, our clients, and our Selves.
Create Client Value. Become irreplaceable
Business is Personal. Cultivate relationships. Make space for connection. Care about each other.
Tighten-Up. Focus, discipline, and rigor count.
Lighten-Up. Humor and laughter deepen bonds.
Strategy Without Execution Is Just Dreaming. Hope is not a strategy. Vision matters—so does execution.
You Have the Ball. Be accountable. Take action. Go the distance.
Be One Team. No lone wolves. Have each other’s back and help each other out.
Run Towards Problems. Symptoms signal deeper causes. Find the root.
Raise The Bar. Good is the enemy of great. Better never stops—be a Difference-Maker!
Have the Hard Conversation. Be direct and empathetic. Speak the truth, kindly. Feedback is a gift.
Confusion Is a Choice. Stay curious—Seek to understand. Share context—seek to be understood.
Celebrate Results. Make recognition a habit. Shine a light on what’s working, big or small.
The Journey Matters. Meaningful work takes time. Be patient. Think: the next 90 days and the next 10 years.
Think “We” not “Me.” Prioritize what’s best for the business, the team, and the journey.
What You’ll Bring – Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
All Difference-Makers are expected to meet the Trilliad Standard for Transferable Skills and Knowledge, which defines the core capabilities every teammate must bring—regardless of role, function, or level.

· Trilliad’s Business and Commercial Context The following domain-specific Skills, Knowledge, and Experience are also required for you to excel in this role.
Domain-specific skills
- Client relationship ownership — You lead strategic conversations directly with client stakeholders, including QBRs and executive presentations, and are trusted to represent Trilliad’s point of view without a specialist or leader in the room.
- Workstream leadership without formal authority — You guide the day-to-day work of delivery specialists who do not report to you, setting priorities and sequencing through influence and clear direction rather than management authority.
- Independent risk identification and course correction — You recognize blockers, scope drift, and resourcing conflicts before they become client-facing problems, and act on them without waiting for direction.
- Cross-functional delivery orchestration — You coordinate paid media, content, web, and ABM specialists toward a single account plan, resolving sequencing and handoff issues as they arise.
Domain-Specific Knowledge
- B2B marketing campaign mechanics and channel performance drivers — You understand how paid media, content, ABM, and marketing automation function together in a demand generation program well enough to lead a workstream’s execution and defend results to a client’s leadership.
- Client account health and risk indicators in a recurring services model — You read early signals of account risk or expansion opportunity and know when a signal warrants immediate action versus routine monitoring.
- Capacity planning and resource allocation in a services delivery model — You read a workstream’s capacity against commitments and recommend trade-offs that protect delivery quality and client experience, even where you don’t control the underlying resourcing decisions.
- Marketing technology stack functionality for B2B organizations — You know how HubSpot, advertising platforms, intent data tools, and reporting dashboards function well enough to direct the workstream’s use of them and troubleshoot issues that block delivery.
Domain-specific experience
- 4+ years in a B2B marketing role, agency-side or client-side, including direct ownership of client relationships at the program or account level.
- Experience leading a workstream or account team through influence rather than formal authority, coordinating specialists who report elsewhere to deliver against a shared account plan.
- Experience leading executive-level client conversations independently, including QBRs and business reviews, without a manager or senior leader present.
- Experience surfacing resourcing and prioritization trade-offs across multiple concurrent client engagements under real capacity constraints.
