Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Architect with experience in commercial interior projects who can contribute to space planning, technical drawings, and project coordination. The role involves working closely with the design and execution teams to ensure high-quality design documentation and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop space planning and layout designs for corporate offices and commercial spaces.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including layout plans, working drawings, GFC drawings, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Create reflected ceiling plans (RCP), electrical/data layouts, and coordinate with MEP consultants.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
- Assist in material selection, finishes,



and detailing suitable for commercial interiors.
- Prepare BOQs, documentation, and drawing revisions throughout project stages.
- Conduct site visits when required to support project execution and coordination.
- Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.

Required SkillsSoftware
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Revit, Photoshop/CorelDRAW, and MS Office

Technical Knowledge
- Corporate workspace planning and workstation layouts
- Understanding of MEP coordination and commercial interior detailing
- Knowledge of glass partitions, drywall systems, joinery, flooring, and lighting layouts

Soft Skills
- Robust attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 6+ years of experience in corporate/commercial interior projects
