Project Head

:

- Manage and supervise end-to-end HVAC projects.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring across multidisciplinary teams such as engineering, procurement, construction, and quality.
- Conduct site visits for project assessment, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and problem resolution.
- Prepare and review technical documentation including AutoCAD / 3D / Revit / SolidWorks drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct project meetings, track milestones, control project budgets, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Manage project handover, commissioning, and closure activities with proper documentation.
- Support validation and qualification activities in compliance with relevant guidelines applicable in critical environment projects.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and guidelines such as cGMP, ISPE, ASHRAE, GMP, and others applicable to HVAC projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Adaptability to dynamic project environments and changing priorities.

Project Engineer/ Senior Engineer

:

- Plan, schedule, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and fallowing of payments
- Prepare Project & logistics plan.
- Conduct site survey based on the BOQ. Understating scope of work & challenges/ variation
- Preparation of shop drawings as per site & considering the units performance
- Prepare submittals as per the BOQ & Make list
- Identification of vendors & releasing WO in consultation with Purchase
- Attending Site meetings & record communications
- Coordinating with commissioning team for testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.
- Preparing HOD, warranty certificates & Billing as per PO terms
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations. with consultation of EHS team

Commercial Executive

:

- To develop help establish a process-oriented billing/accounting/payment system for the company in consultation with senior accounting/commercial officers. It also includes personally executing and implementing each area of assignment given to you as per needs of the Company.
- Checking and accounting for branch operations i.e., project execution, Project Costing and Service related activities.




- Ensuring Invoices prepared & raised are in line with Customer’s Purchase Orders & Annual Maintenance Contracts, Measurement sheets and related documents, proper indirect taxations is charged on the Invoices in timely manner and should be accurate in calculations and correctly entered in systems.
- Preparing GST Invoice, E-Invoice and ensuring the correct details are used for the preparation for different states.
- Maintaining inventory records for materials utilised in project execution / service.
- Preparing Advance AMC details on monthly basis.
- Project wise cost accounting and material consumption records.
- Work in progress valuation for site works and service activities.
- Control of receivables /payable including ageing analysis.
- Assisting in Finalisation and drawing up of accounts for each individual cost centre/branch.
- Preparation of information in excel for monthly reporting for all cost centres/branches.
- Ensure the Invoice prepared and sent to Branches are submitted in time and acknowledgement received from them.

Business Development Manager

:

- Market Development Identify Colo/Hyperscale/Enterprise business opportunities, Commercial and Industrial cooling business opportunities, and develop entry strategies. (Develop opportunities in West Zone).
- Sales Target Achievement – Strive to meet/exceed individual sales targets and overall company sales budget covering the entire range of products (Data Center Cooling Solutions, Smart Racks, i-AHU for Commercial and Industrial Applications).
- Consultants Onboarding – Identify top consultants and get the Stulz name included in approved make lists where it is not currently listed.
- End Customer Relationship – Develop and maintain strong relationships with end customers in the Colo and Enterprise segments, with a focus on acquiring new accounts while continuously enhancing customer experience and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- System Integrator Relationship – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key system integrators to strengthen the market network and achieve business targets.
- Cross-functional Support – Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular market feedback.
- Reporting & Documentation – Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and presentations summarizing market feedback on upcoming projects, key customers and consultants, new technology trends, and assess the business potential of existing accounts.




- Pre-Sales Activities – Carry out pre-sales activities with design engineers of end customers and consulting engineers to specify and promote the company's new and existing product portfolio.
- Competitor Analysis – Report on key competition achievements and trends related to the business portfolio.

- Heat Load Calculation and system design

- Interacting with client/consultant to clear design related issues
- Able to understand the product and provide compliance to the technical specification.
- Prepare technical proposals, equipment selections, datasheets and compliance statements.
