Own the operational health, availability and engineering of enterprise applications hosted on AWS. The engineer must be comfortable working across both application and infrastructure layers and take end-to-end responsibility during production incidents.
What you'll own
- Application availability, stability and operational readiness
- L2/L3 troubleshooting across Application, Linux and AWS
- AWS environments, security, access and governance
- Production incidents, RCA and permanent fixes
- Deployments, releases and application configuration
- Monitoring, alerting and observability
- Shell/Python automation
- Critical batch and rotational weekend support
- Performance troubleshooting across application, OS, network,
DB and cloud layers
What we're looking for
- Strong Linux + AWS hands-on experience
- Strong production/application support background
- Shell/Python scripting
- Monitoring and log troubleshooting
- Networking & database fundamentals
- Strong incident/problem-solving ability
