We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at LV Consultancy and Logistics Private Limited. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling accounting and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining books of accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime
- Prepare invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Preparing GST invoices and assisting in GST return filing.
- Assisting in TDS calculation and filing.
- Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities
- Recording receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts role (No Freshers)
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting
- Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Certification (Preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
