Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance function. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally, accounting, billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally.

- Manage sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger accounts.

- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer outstanding balances.

- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

- Assist with month-end closing and MIS reporting.

- Coordinate with customers,



vendors, and internal teams for billing and financial documentation.

- Support statutory audits by providing required records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.

- 5 - 6+ years of relevant accounting experience.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally.

- Good understanding of accounting principles

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Basic working knowledge of AI tools and willingness to use AI for accounting and reporting tasks.

- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
