Role Description The Senior Accountant will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing activities. This full-time, on-site role in Manneguda, Hyderabad involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, analyzing variances, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Accountant will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, support internal and external audits, and contribute to financial planning to optimize costs and improve profitability. The role also includes implementing and maintaining accounting controls, supervising junior accounting staff,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core accounting functions, including general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end close.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes, with the ability to prepare and support statutory filings.
- Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and comfort working with financial data and dashboards.
- Ability to establish and maintain internal controls, streamline accounting workflows, and ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior accounting or similar role, ideally within a technology, consumer electronics, or home automation setting.
