About the Company

Devkrishna Trucking is an authorized BharatBenz (DICV) dealership offering Sales, Service, and Spare Parts for commercial vehicles. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our Supaul facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (sales, purchase, service, and spare parts billing)

- Handle GST filing, TDS compliance, and other statutory returns

- Manage accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments

- Prepare vehicle sales invoicing, RTO-related documentation, and finance disbursement entries

- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for vehicle finance and loan settlements

- Prepare MIS reports, stock valuation, and monthly financial statements

- Assist in internal and statutory audits

- Maintain spare parts inventory accounting and service billing records

- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership norms set by DICV/BharatBenz





Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an automobile dealership, showroom, or auto workshop

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

- Familiarity with vehicle finance, RTO documentation, and dealership billing software is an added advantage

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Background

- Prior experience working with a commercial vehicle, car, or two-wheeler dealership

- Exposure to OEM (BharatBenz/Tata/Ashok Leyland/Eicher etc.) dealership accounting practices

Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience
