● End-to-end execution of Residential and Commercial Rooftop Solar Projects (kW scale). ● Site survey, system design, shadow analysis, and BOM preparation. ● Complete handling of local DISCOM Net-Metering, CEIG approvals, and Subsidy processes in Haryana. ● In office installation quality control, testing, commissioning, and team management Requirements: ● B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Renewable Energy. Proven track record of executing Rooftop Solar (On-grid / Hybrid). Local market & DISCOM workflow knowledge.
