Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding students’ educational needs, recommending suitable courses or programs, addressing queries, and supporting students throughout the admission and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, career pathways, and educational opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic background, interests, strengths, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fees, admission procedures, and career prospects.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins,



and online channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to support admissions and enrollment.
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout the counseling and admission process.
- Conduct counseling sessions, orientation programs, and student engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with academic, admissions, and administrative teams when required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
