We are looking for responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, buildings, and premises at KGISL Infrastructure.

The Security

Guard will be responsible for access control, regular patrolling, monitoring security systems, and responding promptly to security incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, vendors, and vehicles.

- Verify visitor identification and maintain visitor entry/exit records.

- Conduct regular patrolling of the assigned premises, buildings, parking areas, and common areas.

- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity to the Security Supervisor.

- Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted or secured areas.

- Check incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and vehicles as per company procedures.

- Maintain proper records of visitor movements, vehicle movements, incidents, and security activities.

- Ensure gates, doors, access points, and restricted areas are properly secured.

- Respond immediately to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, fire alarms, or other unusual situations.

- Support evacuation and emergency response procedures during fire, natural disasters, or other emergencies.

- Coordinate with the Facility Management and Administration teams when required.

- Report suspicious activities, theft, damage, safety hazards, or violations to the Security Supervisor immediately.

- Assist employees and visitors with basic security-related queries and directions.

- Ensure proper handover and takeover of security duties during shift changes.

- Maintain discipline and professional conduct while on duty.





- Ensure compliance with KGISL Infrastructure security policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Facility Management team.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum 8th / 10th / 12th Standard qualification preferred.

- Security training or certification from a recognized security agency will be an advantage.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience as a Security Guard in corporate offices, IT parks, commercial buildings, residential complexes, educational institutions, hospitals, factories, or infrastructure facilities.

- Ex-servicemen with relevant security experience may be preferred.

- Freshers with the required physical fitness and willingness to work in shifts may also be considered.

Working Conditions

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Ability to work outdoors and indoors depending on the assigned security post.

- Must be physically fit to perform regular patrolling and emergency duties.

- Uniform and proper identification must be maintained while on duty.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
