Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves planning and executing SEO strategies to improve the company’s online visibility and organic search performance, particularly for real estate-related keywords and local searches.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimization, managing link-building activities, and running regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical and content-related issues. The SEO Executive will also coordinate with marketing and content teams to align SEO efforts with broader digital and social media marketing initiatives. The role requires monitoring performance metrics,



preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to support lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research and SEO strategy development focused on business goals and target audiences.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in on-page SEO, including meta tags, internal linking, content optimization, and site structure.
- Candidates should possess experience in link building and outreach to develop high-quality, relevant backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in SEO audits, including technical analysis, identifying crawl and index issues, and recommending fixes.
- Candidates should possess a working understanding of social media marketing to support organic visibility and engagement across platforms.
