Role & responsibilities

About the Role Mawai InfoTech Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Freshers / Trainee Consultants who are interested in building a long-term career in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and Cloud HR solutions.This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have completed SAP SuccessFactors training, certification, academic coursework, or a structured learning program and are looking for their first opportunity to work on real-world SAP projects.The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors implementation, support, configuration, testing, documentation and client-facing activities under the guidance of experienced SAP consultants.We are looking for candidates with a strong learning attitude who are willing to understand business processes, learn SAP SuccessFactors functionality and develop into independent functional consultants. SuccessFactors Functional Learning

- Develop a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its core HR processes.
- Learn and understand SAP SuccessFactors modules based on project requirements.
- Understand HR business processes and their mapping within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Continuously develop knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors functionality and best practices.

Project & Implementation Support

- Assist senior consultants in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Participate in requirement-gathering and business-process discussions.
- Assist in preparing business process documentation and process flows.
- Support configuration activities under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Assist with system testing, test-case preparation and defect tracking.
- Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users when required.
- Assist in Go-Live preparation and post-Go-Live support activities.
- Understand project timelines, deliverables and assigned responsibilities.

SAP SuccessFactors Support

- Assist in resolving functional queries and user issues.
- Analyze reported issues and work with senior consultants to identify appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper records of incidents, issues and resolutions.
- Support change requests and minor enhancements.
- Learn troubleshooting and root-cause analysis techniques.

Documentation

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation.
- Assist in preparing configuration documents and test scripts.




- Prepare user guides, training material and process documentation.
- Maintain project trackers and status updates.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Client & Team Collaboration

- Work closely with senior SAP consultants and project teams.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions as required.
- Understand client requirements and business expectations.
- Communicate queries and project updates clearly to the team.
- Coordinate with functional and technical stakeholders.
- Gradually develop the ability to independently interact with business users and clients.

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who demonstrate learning ability, logical thinking and genuine interest in SAP SuccessFactors.Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / MBA / BBA / equivalent graduation or post-graduation.
- Candidates from HR, IT, Computer Science, Management or related backgrounds are preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant SAP SuccessFactors training are encouraged to apply.

SAP SuccessFactors Training / CertificationCandidates should have at least one of the following:

- Completed SAP SuccessFactors training.
- Completed an SAP SuccessFactors certification.
- Completed a recognized SAP SuccessFactors course.
- Completed academic or professional training covering SAP SuccessFactors.
- Robust practical knowledge gained through structured SuccessFactors learning.

Certification is preferred but not mandatory for candidates who have completed relevant training and demonstrate strong knowledge and learning ability.Skills RequiredSAP / Functional Skills

- Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Understanding of HR / HCM business processes.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based HR systems.
- Understanding of employee lifecycle processes.

- Basic understanding of data management and reporting concepts.
- Willingness to learn additional SuccessFactors modules as required by projects.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate is an SAP SuccessFactors-trained fresher who has the theoretical foundation but is looking for an opportunity to convert that knowledge into practical consulting experience. Candidates who are certified, trained, self-motivated, quick learners and genuinely interested in SAP SuccessFactors will be strongly considered.

Immediate Joiners / candidates with short notice periods are preferred.

Candidates who have experience in SAP HCM and are interested in migrating to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) would be preferred.
