- Experience in SAP TM configuration and production support .
- Valuable knowledge of SAP integration with S/4HANA/ECC and other logistics modules.
- Experience working in an AMS/support environment with defined SLAs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently handle critical production issues.
