About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules, with proven experience in the service industry. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP MM and WM modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements from procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations teams
- Configure SAP MM/WM processes including procurement cycles, inventory management, goods movements, warehouse structures, storage types, and picking/putaway strategies
- Manage integration points between MM/WM and other modules (SD, PP, FI/CO, QM)
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms - RICEF)
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business users




- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
- Support system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements
- Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and SOPs
- Collaborate with technical (ABAP) teams for custom development needs
- Support data migration activities related to material master, vendor master, and inventory data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant
- Prior experience working in the service industry preferred (e.g., facilities management, logistics services, consulting, healthcare services, or similar) is mandatory
- Strong expertise in SAP MM processes: procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, vendor management, batch management
- Strong expertise in SAP WM processes: warehouse structure design, storage types/sections/bins, putaway/picking strategies, transfer orders, physical inventory
- Experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (or S/4HANA experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of integration with SD, PP, FI/CO, and QM modules is
- Familiarity with EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a plus
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client/stakeholder expectations
- SAP certification in MM/WM is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working with global/multi-location service organizations
- Exposure to Agile/Activate methodology
