About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant to support and drive SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives for a leading German multinational organization. The role involves end-to-end SAP Materials Management (MM) implementation, process optimization, system enhancements, and collaboration with global business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP MM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement and materials management processes.
- Configure and optimize SAP MM modules in line with business requirements and best practices.
- Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and material valuation.
- Participate in Greenfield implementations, system migrations, and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, PP, EWM, and Finance to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement recommendations.




- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM consulting.
- Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Expertise in Inventory Management, Purchasing, Material Master, and Material Valuation.
- Experience in Greenfield implementations, system migrations, and SAP transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of integration with SAP SD, PP, EWM, and other related modules.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user support.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in global and cross-functional environments.
