SAP Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to own and drive end-to-end delivery of SAP projects across domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple SAP projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, resource utilization and profitability.
- Lead and mentor SAP functional, technical and project teams, including Project Managers and module leads.
- Manage delivery across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Integration, AI-enabled SAP solutions and other SAP transformation initiatives.
- Act as the senior delivery interface for CXO-level clients, managing governance, escalations, risks, dependencies and overall customer satisfaction.
- Establish delivery governance, review project KPIs, identify risks early and drive corrective actions.
- Own resource planning, capacity utilization, project costing, margins and delivery performance.
- Work closely with Sales/Presales teams on RFPs, solutioning, estimation, proposals and account expansion.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI and digital transformation within SAP engagements.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies and quality standards.
- Manage domestic and international projects, including distributed/offshore delivery teams.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth and long-term strategic partnerships.





Required Experience & Skills:

- 12+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in SAP delivery/program/project management.
- Strong experience managing multiple SAP projects and large delivery teams.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, integrations and SAP transformation programs.
- Experience in managing project financials, resource utilization, estimation and profitability/P&L.;
- Robust client-facing and stakeholder management experience, including senior/CXO-level interactions.
- Exposure to international SAP implementations and global delivery models.
- Strong experience in risk management, governance, escalation management and delivery assurance.
- Experience in presales, proposals, estimation and change requests will be an advantage.
- Understanding of AI, automation and emerging SAP technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills.
