We are looking for an experienced ??? ????? ????? ?????????? with strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis, Cloud, Network, HANA, and hyperscaler environments including Azure, AWS, and GCP.

The ideal candidate should have 6 – 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration with valuable understanding of cloud platforms, SAP HANA administration, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and support activities.

✅ Manage SAP Basis administration and support activities

✅ Work on SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

✅ Support SAP systems hosted on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP

✅ Work on SAP HANA administration, monitoring, backup, restore, and performance checks

✅ Handle SAP landscape operations including system availability, health checks, and issue resolution

✅ Coordinate with cloud, network, security, and infrastructure teams

✅ Support transport management, client administration, user administration, and system refresh activities

✅ Monitor background jobs, system logs, dumps, RFC connections, and interfaces

✅ Support incident, problem, and change management activities

✅ Ensure system stability, security compliance,



and operational continuity

✅ Provide remote support with required onsite presence as per business need

✔️ 6 – 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration

✔️ Strong experience in SAP Basis support and operations

✔️ Good knowledge of SAP HANA administration

✔️ Experience in cloud environments — Azure, AWS, or GCP

✔️ Understanding of cloud working principles and infrastructure concepts

✔️ Knowledge of network concepts related to SAP landscape connectivity

✔️ Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

✔️ Experience in transport management, client administration, and user administration

✔️ Knowledge of backup, restore, system refresh, and patching activities

✔️ Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes

✔️ Strong analytical and issue resolution skills

✔️ Good communication and coordination skills

✔️ Experience working across Azure, AWS, and GCP will be preferred

✔️ SAP HANA cloud / hyperscaler exposure will be an added advantage

✔️ Experience in SAP upgrades, migrations, or cloud migration projects preferred

✔️ ITIL process knowledge preferred

✔️ Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
