About Us

We are opening premium retail store specializing in luxury ladies' purses, handbags, and school bags. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in selecting purses, handbags, and school bags based on their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including materials, brands, pricing, and care instructions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, cash counter, and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards — arrange products attractively on shelves and displays
- Manage stock levels, restocking, and inventory checks
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on new arrivals, seasonal collections, and current fashion trends




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in retail/sales (bags, fashion accessories, or apparel preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

- Fashion sense and awareness of current bag trends
- Convincing and persuasive selling skills
- Local language proficiency (Hindi/English or as applicable)
