Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Create guidelines and processes to maintain high-quality standards throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct thorough testing processes to identify and resolve any defects or issues.
- Create and maintain documentation: test plans, executing test cases, and documenting test results.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, execute automated tests, and analyze results to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring that the changes meet quality standards and user requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis and propose initiative-taking solutions.




- Ensure consistency and functionality of user interfaces.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a QA Automation Developer.
- Skilled in Salesforce QA Analysis.
- Excellent Selenium & Java skills.
- Understanding of Salesforce Sharing and privacy rules.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and diligence.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Can work well in a team setting.

Nice to have :

- Experience with Playwright
