Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Quality Analyst with 3+ years of experience in software testing and strong expertise in Salesforce application testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce solutions across implementation, enhancement, integration, and data migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze Salesforce requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform functional and regression testing across Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and customized Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, including Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows/Flows, Approval Processes, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Reports.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using tools such as Jira and Monday.com.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Consultants, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to investigate and resolve defects.
- Perform regression testing for Salesforce enhancements, fixes, releases, and deployments.
- Conduct API and integration testing to validate data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.
- Perform Salesforce data migration testing, including data validation, data integrity, field mapping,



and record reconciliation.
- Validate business processes and end-to-end workflows across Salesforce and integrated applications.
- Perform UAT support and assist business stakeholders in validating Salesforce solutions against business requirements.
- Monitor and maintain defect logs while performing root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Ensure testing activities are aligned with Salesforce release and deployment cycles.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform features, testing tools, QA methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce QA processes, test automation, and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of proven experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing, preferably with significant experience in Salesforce testing.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing and automation testing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and business processes.
- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud or similar Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.




- Experience with API testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience in Salesforce data migration testing and data validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with defect management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of test case design, test execution, defect lifecycle, and test result analysis.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working on Salesforce implementation and customization projects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Reports from a testing perspective.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and external system interfaces.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release testing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce-specific test automation tools or frameworks.
- Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or relevant QA certification is an added advantage.
