About the Role

Are you a seasoned Salesforce professional with a passion for driving digital transformation within the Financial Services industry? Do you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, and possess a deep understanding of business processes and technical architecture? As a Senior Salesforce Analyst at KKR, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting innovative Salesforce solutions that enable our business to operate efficiently and effectively.

This position reports directly to the CIO and involves working closely with a distributed team of offshore analysts and U.S.-based stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet complex business needs, enhance data governance, and support strategic initiatives such as mobile strategy and AI-driven reporting.



You will serve as a trusted advisor to end-users, mentor junior team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include leading technical design, overseeing configuration and customization, managing testing and deployment, and continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening security practices, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of innovation within the Salesforce environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams. You should have at least 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce.com functional analyst or consultant, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex configuration-based solutions. Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts and developers is essential.

Significant relevant experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly with the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, is highly preferred. You should demonstrate a passion for technology, architecture, and problem-solving at scale, along with strong skills in object-oriented design, SQL, or Excel. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment are required.

Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud are advantageous.

You must be adaptable to shifting priorities, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to accommodate overlapping hours with onshore teams as needed.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and refine complex business requirements by partnering directly with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Design technical and functional solutions based on business needs, employing minimal oversight.




- Architect and develop solutions leveraging Salesforce Configuration tools such as objects, flows, formula fields, reports, dashboards, and AppExchange products, following best practices and scalable design patterns.
- Define and execute testing strategies, including Unit and Integration testing, to ensure quality and reliability of deliverables.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during functional testing and UAT, resolving complex issues using advanced Salesforce debugging tools.
- Facilitate business and technical discussions for requirement gathering, prototyping, design reviews, and testing, representing the team in cross-functional meetings.
- Design and govern scalable data models within Salesforce, applying sound object-oriented architecture principles.
- Manage deployment and post-production support activities, leveraging scratch orgs and collaborating on CI/CD best practices.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements proactively, escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate effectively across offshore and onshore teams, ensuring alignment and communication.
- Support end-user onboarding and address their questions or issues promptly and professionally.
