About the role

CloudFiles is a document management and automation app for Salesforce, used by mid-market and enterprise customers across the US, UK, EU and ANZ. When a customer buys us, someone gets to sit with them, understand how they actually work, and build it inside their Salesforce org. That is this role.

You will own implementations end to end. Requirements from the customer, the plan, the build in their org, testing, go live, and the handover. You are the person the customer trusts to make it work, and the person our sales team brings in when a deal needs a clear technical answer.

The way we work: AI, directed by expertise

CloudFiles works AI-first. Implementations here lean on AI for the heavy lifting, from drafting plans to building flows to producing documents, with you reviewing, correcting and approving everything before it touches a customer's org.

That makes deep Salesforce knowledge more valuable here, not less. You can only catch a wrong flow if you could have built the right one yourself, and you can only approve a plan you could have written. The engineers who thrive here are strong Salesforce hands first, who then learn to deliver several times faster with AI. You do not need to have worked this way before; bring genuine depth in the platform and an appetite for it, and we will help you learn the rest.

What you will do

- Customer implementations, end to end. Discovery calls, requirements, scope, the plan document, the build, UAT, go live, handover.
- The build itself. Salesforce Flow Builder and our own flow actions, plus the integration surfaces our customers use: SharePoint, Google Drive, Box, DocuSign, document generation.
- Live faults. When something breaks in a customer org,



you diagnose it and explain it to the customer in plain language.
- The customer relationship during delivery. Kickoffs, status, and the honest conversation when a change request extends the timeline.
- Making the next one easier. Every delivery becomes a reusable pattern, a document, or a product insight that goes back to engineering.

What we are looking for

- 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with real depth in Flow Builder. This is the core skill we are hiring for.
- You have translated a customer's messy verbal requirement into a working Salesforce solution and shipped it.
- Fluent English and genuinely comfortable on a call with a US or European customer.
- Available for evening calls when a US customer needs you. Not every day, but reliably when it matters.
- You already use AI tools in your real technical work and enjoy what they make possible.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field is preferred, but strong work speaks for itself.
