Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, and enterprise solution design, with the ability to drive large-scale digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Design scalable solutions using Lightning, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

Integration & Data Strategy

Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware platforms

Define data models, governance, and data migration strategies

Ensure seamless integration with ERP, third-party systems, and cloud platforms

Delivery & Implementation

Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (design deployment hypercare)

Provide technical leadership to development teams

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams





Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Provide architecture governance and design reviews

Security & Governance

Define role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, and security models

Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards

Required Skills & Experience

1015+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture

Strong expertise in

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce

Integration patterns (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft)

Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations

Robust knowledge of data modeling, governance, and performance tuning

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Certifications (Preferred)

Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred

Platform Developer II

Good to Have

Experience with Einstein AI / Salesforce AI capabilities

Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)Role & responsibilities
