Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to build AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Agentforce, Einstein AI, Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, with hands-on experience in live Agentforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Implement automation using Flows, Triggers, and AI-driven workflows.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and Salesforce best practices.




- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- 8 months–2 years of hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience.
- Must have worked on at least one live/production Agentforce project.
- Experience with Einstein AI, Salesforce integrations, APIs, data modeling, and security.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- BGV is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or AI Specialist certification.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with AI-driven automation and workflow optimization.
