Sales & Technical Engineer – Building Management Systems (BMS)

Exenture Life Safety India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Building Management System (BMS) and Life Safety business and is looking for 3–4 dynamic Sales & Technical Engineers to strengthen our presence across North India.

We are looking for candidates who can combine technical understanding with sales and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

* Identify and develop new opportunities for BMS, IBMS and Life Safety solutions.

- Develop relationships with consultants, developers, MEP contractors, system integrators and end clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations and technical demonstrations.
- Generate leads, manage sales opportunities and support business closure.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, negotiations and support order conversion.

Technical Sales & Presales

* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable BMS solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, compliance sheets and system architectures.
- Support consultants and clients with technical clarifications and product specifications.
- Understand BMS integration with HVAC, electrical, energy meters and other building systems.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, costing and proposals.
- Participate in tenders, pre-bid meetings and technical discussions.

Project & Technical Support

* Coordinate with project and engineering teams during project execution.
- Support installation,



testing and commissioning activities when required.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales and technical teams.

Candidate Profile

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation or related fields.

- Experience in BMS, HVAC, ELV, Building Automation, Fire & Life Safety or technical sales will be preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates with a combination of technical and sales/business development skills will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of BMS, HVAC controls, energy management and system integration.
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, IoT or IBMS will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel.
