About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Cold Calling Executive. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for our property consultants.

- Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided databases. Generate high-quality leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested buyers and investors.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects through calls and other communication channels.
Maintain a professional approach at all times.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing. Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and professional phone manner.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to build trust and engage prospects over the phone.
Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
