- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets(LAP).
- Responsible for generating prospective sales lead.
- Responsible for generating direct lead (No DSA sourcing, only direct).
- Responsible for making cold calls & generating leads from database.
- Responsible for achieving monthly business target of Rs 10 lacs.
- Coordinating with underwriting team for processing of application.

Skill &

Experience Required

- Thorough understanding of Secured loan, Lap.
- The candidate should have a minimum experience of 6 months.
- The candidate should have ability to handle sales call independently.
- The candidate must have experience into cold calling.
- The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and Personality.
- Ability to effectively Understand & communicate the product.
- Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems.
- Positive knowledge of local language
