Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for driving business growth for ShailVac Engineers’ industrial systems and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research, developing and executing marketing and sales plans, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.





The role involves preparing and delivering technical and commercial presentations, coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to align proposals with client needs, and supporting contract negotiations.

Executive will also monitor market trends and competitors, contribute to promotional campaigns, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline status.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong market planning and marketing skills, including the ability to design and implement targeted campaigns.
- Candidates should possess market research skills to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess sales skills to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and account follow-up.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in industrial equipment, process engineering, or sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or petrochemicals is an advantage.
- Robust analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and a willingness to travel for client visits and industry events are preferred.
