Job Overview

You will lead the sales and marketing team to grow market share and increase revenue in the paint, Paper, Chemical, Adhesive & related sector.

You will build relationships with builders, manufacturers, and distributors while creating strong brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Sales Management

- Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to hit company revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and retail.
- Manage and grow key accounts, including major Customers, Dealers,Contractors, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, and market trends to stay ahead.
- Train, mentor, and review the performance of the field sales team.

Marketing Strategy

- Plan and launch targeted marketing campaigns for new and existing adhesive and paint products.
- Work with technical teams to create product demonstration videos, brochures, and data sheets.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client networking events.




- Manage digital marketing efforts to generate leads from B2B buyers and influencers (like painters and applicators).

Operations & Reporting

- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volumes.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure timely payment collections and manage credit limits for distributors.

Requirements Education & Experience

- Any Degree
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
- Direct working experience in the paint, coatings, adhesives, or construction chemicals industry is mandatory.

Skills
- Robust knowledge of adhesive formulations, industrial coatings, or decorative paints.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
