Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in the agricultural products industry. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in sales, dealer/distributor management, market development, customer relationship management, and agricultural product promotion.

Candidates having previous experience with COSMO Industry or Sajjan Casting, particularly in sales, marketing, distribution, or agricultural product-related roles, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and business opportunities in the agricultural market.
- Promote and sell agricultural products to dealers, distributors, farmers, retailers, and other relevant customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Manage dealer and distributor networks and support them in achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product requirements, pricing, orders, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for management.
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Work closely with internal teams such as production, dispatch, accounts, and management to ensure smooth order execution.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in agricultural products, agricultural machinery, casting components, or related industries.
- Robust knowledge of the agricultural market and dealer/distributor network.
- Candidates with experience at COSMO Industry or Sajjan Casting will be given preference.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong market-development and customer-acquisition abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
