Prosa is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Sales & Delivery Manager/Executive to expand our retail presence and streamline our distribution network across Kochi. You will take ownership of onboarding new retail partners, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring daily, on-time product dispatch and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Sales & Business Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard supermarkets, grocery stores, organic outlets, and modern retail formats across Kochi.
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with store managers and distributors to ensure consistent shelf visibility, stock replenishment, and brand prominence.
- Delivery & Logistics Coordination: Plan daily delivery routes, manage the dispatch cycle of fresh batter inventory, and ensure zero-delay fulfillment.
- Stock & Inventory Control: Track daily product demand, manage returns/leakages, and coordinate closely with the production team for accurate supply planning.
- Payment & Collections: Oversee timely invoicing, cash/credit collections,



and daily sales reconciliation.
- Market Feedback: Monitor competitor products, pricing, and consumer demand to provide actionable insights to the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in FMCG sales, fresh food distribution, or retail supply chain management.
- Location & Mobility: Strong familiarity with Kochi’s retail layout and route network; a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is required.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Language: Fluent in Malayalam; functional proficiency in English.
- Mindset: Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG startup workplace.
