Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in Bancassurance space.

- Build strong relationships with branch teams to drive business growth through cross-selling insurance products.

- Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to existing customers.

- Monitor performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide coaching to improve sales team's effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

- 0-7 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field (insurance sales).

- Strong understanding of branch banking operations and processes.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a rapid-paced environment.
