Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Intern based in Bhubaneswar.

The Sales

Intern will support the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, including colleges and corporate partners, through calls, emails, and meetings.

Responsibilities include assisting with client presentations, maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, and following up on inquiries to support conversion and relationship-building. The intern will collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings,



gather feedback from customers, and contribute to improving sales processes and communication materials. The role also involves learning and participating in basic customer service and training-related activities to ensure a positive experience for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Basic Sales skills with an interest in prospecting, lead follow-up, and supporting the sales cycle.
- Ability to assist in Training-related tasks, such as helping organize sessions or sharing information with students and partners.
- Interest in Sales Management concepts, such as tracking leads, updating CRM tools, and reporting on activities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
