As a Sales Executive – Commercial Real Estate, you will work with corporate clients throughout their office search—from understanding their requirements and identifying suitable options to coordinating property visits, proposals and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their office-space requirements.
- Identify and present suitable commercial properties and coworking solutions.
- Coordinate client meetings and property visits.
- Prepare proposals and property comparisons.
- Follow up with clients and support commercial negotiations and transaction closures.
- Build relationships with property owners, developers and workspace operators.
- Maintain regular updates of leads and client interactions.
Who Can Apply
- Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate or coworking.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in commercial real estate are also welcome.
- Candidates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships and understanding businesses.
- Comfortable with client meetings and travelling within Pune.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- A two-wheeler is preferred.
