Role Description The Sales Executive role at Sarangi OralCare is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Sales

Executive will manage daily sales activities, including identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting product features and benefits, and closing sales in line with company targets. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing product education, and offering after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

gather customer feedback, and report performance metrics to management. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams on stock availability, participating in promotional campaigns, and representing the brand at local events or trade activities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of oral care or personal care products, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to plan routes, manage time efficiently, and organize daily sales activities.
- Proficiency in maintaining records, preparing simple reports, and using basic digital tools.
- Prior experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort with in office work in Bhubaneswar and regular customer visits within the region.
