We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our matrimony services team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their marriage requirements, explaining our matrimony packages, and converting enquiries into memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable matrimony services.
- Explain Elite Pariniyam Matrimony packages, benefits and services.
- Follow up regularly with leads and interested customers.
- Convert leads into paid memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain solid customer relationships and provide professional support.
- Update customer details, follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the relationship management team.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and professional communication.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or matrimony services preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Telugu and English communication skills required; Hindi is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Experience in matrimony services, NRI services or premium sales is an added advantage.

- Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad
- Shift: General Shift
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Employment: Full-Time
