- Welcome and greet customers the customers query over telephony or email.

- Manage point-of-sale processes and ascertain customers needs and wants

- Keep up to date with product information and accurately describe product features and perks to customers

- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments and dispatch shipments.

- Update customer records in the company database as required

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

- Maintaining sock records.

- Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.

- Collaborate with the Productions staff to monitor active productions orders and make sure that orders are completed on time.

- Report any inventory or service issues to management.
