Sales Engineer – Aftermarket Products | Oil & Gas & Petrochemical /n We're hiring a driven Sales Engineer to grow our aftermarket business, supplying high-quality spare parts for liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors to clients in oil & gas refineries and petrochemical plants. /n The Role /n You'll own the full B2B sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and building relationships with plant engineers and procurement teams, to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. This is a technical sales role where your ability to understand equipment and speak the customer's language matters as much as your commercial acumen. /n What You'll Do /n /n
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts across refineries and petrochemical facilities
/n
- Identify spare parts requirements and provide timely, accurate technical proposals
/n
- Build long-term relationships with maintenance, reliability, and procurement teams
/n
- Work closely with internal engineering and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery
/n
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
/n /n What We're Looking For /n /n
- Background in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline
/n
- Experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in rotating equipment or process industries
/n
- Familiarity with liquid ring vacuum pumps, compressors, or similar rotating equipment is a strong plus
/n
- Solid interpersonal skills — you're comfortable talking to engineers on the shop floor and procurement managers in the boardroom

- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and territory
