About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who have excellent English communication and writing skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are interested in building a long-term career in Sales & Business Development.

The role involves identifying potential clients, generating and following up on leads, understanding client requirements, communicating our services, and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Prepare professional emails, proposals, follow-ups, and other business communications.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Work consistently toward assigned sales and business development targets.
- Develop an understanding of sales, negotiation,



client handling, and business development processes.
- Continuously improve communication, sales, and client engagement skills.
