We are looking for an experienced Internal Sailing Auditor & Trainer to join our HSEQ team. /n /n Role Overview : /n If you believe audits are not just about checklists but about people, behaviours, and learning, this role is for you. /n /n As an Auditor & Trainer he/she will sail with our vessels and impart training on board while engaging with ship staff and actively contribute to raising safety standards onboard. /n /n You’ll play a visible, hands-on role—conducting audits, facilitating safety conversations, and converting findings into meaningful improvements. /n /n This is a frontline HSEQ role, where your sea experience, judgement, and communication skills will directly influence onboard safety culture. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Carry out ISM, ISPS, navigation, cargo, mooring audits, safety inspections

/n

- Deliver onboard safety training to ship staff

/n

- Assist in Right Ship, PSC inspection preparation

/n

- Carry out incident investigations and follow-up actions where needed

/n

- Conduct audits at company offices and third-party sites, when required

/n

- Undertake additional HSEQ-related tasks as assigned by senior management

/n /n /n Eligibility & Experience /n /n

- 1-2 years of sailing experience as Master Mariner

/n /n /n Knowledge Requirements /n /n





- Maritime rules and regulations including ISM / ISPS / MLC

- SIRE 2.0

- Rightship RISQ 3.2
