Education Qualification: BE / Diploma in Industrial Safety is mandatory

Experience: 5 Years to 15 Years of experience in reputed organisation

Preferable: Foundry / Engineering Industry experience in reputed companies will be an advantage

:

1. Conducting Risk Assessments A Safety Officer must regularly conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace. This includes analyzing current work processes, equipment, and environmental factors that may pose a risk to employees.

2. Ensuring Compliance with Safety Regulations

It is the duty of a Safety Officer to ensure that the company complies with all relevant safety regulations. This includes keeping up-to-date with any changes in legislation and implementing necessary adjustments in the workplace.

3. Conducting Safety Training Programs

Safety Officers must develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety practices. This training helps to minimize risks and ensures that everyone knows how to respond in case of an emergency.

4. Investigating Accidents and Incidents
