– Safety Officer /n Position: Safety Officer /n Department: Safety / Projects /n Location: Project Sites – PAN India /n Experience: 2–5 Years /n Employment Type: Full-Time /n About the Role /n We are looking for a responsible and experienced Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe working setting at our project sites. Candidates with experience in work-at-height activities will be preferred. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures, and standards .

/n

- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments .

/n

- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all workers.

/n

- Monitor and supervise work-at-height activities , scaffolding, ladders, lifelines, and fall-protection systems.

/n

- Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety inductions, and training for employees and workers.

/n

- Identify unsafe acts/conditions and take immediate corrective action.

/n

- Prepare and maintain safety reports, inspection checklists, permits, and incident reports .

/n

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and company safety requirements .

/n

- Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend preventive measures.

/n

- Coordinate with project teams, contractors,



and workers to maintain safety standards.

/n

- Monitor work permits , especially for height, hot work, confined space, and other high-risk activities.

/n /n Required Qualifications & Skills /n /n

- Diploma/Degree in Safety / Industrial Safety / Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.

/n

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, civil, structural repair, or industrial projects.

/n

- Experience in work-at-height activities is preferred.

/n

- Positive knowledge of fall protection, scaffolding safety, PPE, risk assessment, and permit-to-work systems .

/n

- Strong communication and site-management skills.

/n

- Ability to identify hazards and take quick corrective action.

/n

- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India .

/n /n Preferred Certifications /n /n

- NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety certification.

/n

- Valid Work at Height / Scaffolding Safety training or certification will be an added advantage.
