Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for RPA, workflow automation, and process optimization.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable automation workflows.

- Develop automations for customer and back-office operations, data entry and validation, Excel-based processes, email and document processing, data extraction, reconciliation, CRM/ERP workflows, finance and operational processes, and report generation.

- Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SQL databases, APIs, CRM/ERP systems, and web/desktop applications.

- Develop API-based integrations wherever possible and implement web/desktop automation when direct integrations are unavailable.

- Implement robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, alerts, and recovery processes.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment, monitoring, and post-production support.

- Monitor production automations, troubleshoot failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, SOPs, process documentation, and runbooks.

- Collaborate with process owners, business analysts, operations teams, and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.

- Review existing automations and identify opportunities for performance improvement, scalability,



and increased automation coverage.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards for security, governance, access management, data privacy, and change management.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to automation best practices and standards.

Job Requirements

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in RPA and Process Automation.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

- Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.

- Experience integrating SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365.

- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, and system integrations.

- Experience automating web-based and desktop applications.

- Strong understanding of the RPA development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Valuable understanding of exception handling, logging, troubleshooting, and automation monitoring.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI.

- Knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA platforms.





- Exposure to AI-assisted and Intelligent Automation solutions.

- Experience with OCR, document processing, AI Builder, or Azure AI services.

- Knowledge of Power Platform Governance and Dataverse.

- Experience with source control/version control and structured deployment practices.

- Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate certification is an advantage.

Business & Process Skills:

- Strong ability to analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

- Ability to assess process suitability for automation and recommend process improvements before implementation.

- Strong requirement-gathering, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Ability to independently translate business requirements into effective technical automation solutions.

- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Understanding of process metrics such as transaction volume, handling time, error rate, SLA, and automation ROI.

Relevant Domain Experience

- Experience in any of the following domains will be an advantage: BPO / BPM / Customer Experience, IT Services, Shared Services / Global Business Services, Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, E-commerce / Retail, Telecom, Finance & Accounting Operations, or IT Operations.

- Experience in automating high-volume, transaction-heavy operational processes will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (CSE/IT), MCA, or relevant equivalent experience may be considered.
