We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere, experience implementing AI-driven RPA/Intelligent Automation solutions, and good programming knowledge in Python.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for RPA and intelligent automation.

- Develop reusable and scalable bots for automating business processes.

- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, web applications, databases, APIs, and other systems.

- Use Python for scripting, data processing, API integration, and extending RPA capabilities.

- Implement AI with RPA to automate processes involving unstructured data and intelligent decision-making.

- Work with technologies such as OCR, document processing, NLP, machine learning, and AI services where applicable.

- Develop automation workflows for structured and unstructured data.

- Perform bot testing, debugging, exception handling, and performance optimization.

- Implement appropriate logging, monitoring, error handling, and recovery mechanisms.

- Work with business analysts and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, process documentation, and deployment procedures.





- Support production bots and troubleshoot automation failures.

- Follow RPA development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

- Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams for successful deployment and support.

Required Technical Skills

- 5+ years of overall RPA/software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere.

- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application with RPA.

- Hands-on experience with Python for automation, scripting, data manipulation, and API integration.

- Experience integrating RPA bots with REST APIs, databases, Excel, web applications, and enterprise and Mainframes
- systems.

- Solid understanding of automation lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.

- Experience with exception handling, logging, scheduling, and bot monitoring.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Automation Anywhere A360.

- Knowledge of Document Automation / IQ Bot.

- Experience with OCR and intelligent document processing.

- Knowledge of Generative AI/LLMs and their integration with RPA.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.

- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with Git/GitHub.

- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

- Experience with cloud-based AI services such as Azure AI, AWS AI services, or Google Cloud AI.
