Mandatory Skills

- Primary focus: Ensure technology solutions meet Risk and Compliance guidelines, and issue necessary certifications to confirm permissible usage.

- Manage strategic roadmap for Risk and Compliance, updating processes to enhance team efficiency and manage risks related to technology solutions.

- Act as a liaison within the organization to ensure smooth and effective execution of technology certifications.

- Collaborate with Advisory, Risk Management, General Counsel, Procurement, and Security teams to incorporate feedback.

- Work across Business and Advisory Technology teams to ensure the technology certifications process is effective.

Assess efficacy of prescribed key stages of the technology certification process via quality assurance testing and remediation support.

Control Testing/Quality Assurance Testing Details:

- Develop and maintain control testing protocols and procedures, ensuring they meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

- Design and maintain control frameworks to mitigate risks and help maintain adherence to organizational policies.

- Evaluate and test internal controls within technology solutions to ensure compliance with risk management protocols.

- Conduct testing of established controls, assessing their effectiveness in identifying and mitigating risks.

- Implement controls to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, conducting thorough testing to confirm control efficiency and effectiveness.

- Document and report on controls testing outcomes, recommending improvements where necessary.





- Communicate findings and recommendations from control testing to key stakeholders and ensure follow-up on action items.

- Support audit findings remediation and document remediated processes and controls/control owners.

- Support the annual Privacy Self Assessment (PSA) with documentation requirements as prescribed by the Privacy Office via OneTrust application.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

- Translating Risk and Compliance needs clear requirements for technology solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels to ensure clarity in expectations and requirements.

- Actively manage the certification process, mitigating risks and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and status.

- Proactively identify potential issues, leveraging technical expertise and communication skills to resolve them.

- Respond to stakeholder feedback promptly, taking appropriate actions.

Preferred Skills

- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent education and experience preferred.

- Relevant experience at another professional services firm preferred.

- Demonstrated project management skills, a strong client service mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with business and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and translate business, risk, and compliance needs into clear requirements and practical next steps.

- Proficient in Microsoft Products use (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)

- Familiar with/capable of agentic AI use and quick learner
