Designation - Retail Sales Executive

Experience: 1 - 2 Years | Salary: 15,000 - 22,000

Shift: 11 AM - 9 PM

Weekly Off: Monday

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend and sell wigs, hair patches, toppers, extensions, and related products.
- Assist with product trials, fitting, styling, and demonstrations.
- Drive sales, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle online orders, inventory, stock records, QC, and shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and deliveries.
- Maintain showroom presentation and build strong customer relationships.

Eligibility

- Female candidate with 1 - 2 years of experience in retail sales/customer handling.
- Positive communication, sales,



and cross-selling skills.
- Knowledge of hairstyles, face shapes, and styling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with hair styling tools.
- Basic MS Excel/billing/inventory software knowledge.
- Well-groomed, confident, organized, and customer-focused.
