Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Recruitment / Retail Sales Hiring

Compensation: Up to ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Recruitment or Retail Sales Hiring.
- Candidates must not be currently pursuing any education .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri (Resdex) sourcing is mandatory.
- Must have experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Must have a personal laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and retail sales positions.
- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
- Source candidates through Naukri (Resdex), LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.




- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Stay updated with market trends and effective sourcing strategies.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Mandatory experience in Naukri (Resdex) sourcing and other job portals.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
