– Restaurant Mixologist /n /n Position: Mixologist /n Department: Food & Beverage /n Salary: ₹25,000 per month /n Location - Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh GT Road /n /n Job Summary /n We are looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist who can prepare a wide variety of beverages and mocktails while maintaining excellent taste, presentation, and hygiene standards. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n Prepare a variety of mocktails, cocktails, Mojitos, and other specialty beverages. /n Create different flavours and combinations of drinks as per the restaurant menu. /n Prepare drinks with attractive presentation and consistent taste. /n Handle bar equipment, glassware, ingredients, and beverage supplies properly. /n Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar/workstation. /n Ensure proper stock management of beverages, syrups, fruits, garnishes, and other ingredients. /n Follow standard recipes and portion control to maintain consistency. /n Suggest new and creative drink ideas for the menu.
