Role Description:

This is a full-time, in office role based in Dehradun for an M.Tech graduate interested in pursuing a sponsored part-time PhD while building a career at the intersection of research, technology and teaching .

The selected candidate will work at the IKKASHIN Experience Center, Dehradun , while pursuing research in an area aligned with their academic background and interests.

The role will involve

- Working on research and technology projects
- Pursuing doctoral research
- Building experiments, prototypes and practical technology applications
- Teaching and mentoring students
- Designing and delivering hands-on learning experiences
- Contributing to research publications, patents and intellectual property
- Participating in research, innovation and academic initiatives

IKKASHIN is associated with several reputed universities and academic institutions across India and abroad . The selected candidate will be supported in pursuing admission to a suitable university for their PhD, based on their academic profile, research interests, eligibility and the admission criteria of the respective university . This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to continue researching while actively teaching, building and working on real-world technology .

Qualifications:

- Completed M.Tech in a relevant discipline
- Strong interest in pursuing a PhD and building a long-term research career

- Ability to work on technology projects and practical applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly
- Willingness to teach, mentor and work with students
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to relocate to and work full-time from Dehradun

GATE or NET qualification will be an added advantage. Compensation & PhD Support:

The selected candidate will receive:

- ₹18,000 per month for the first two years
